We take great care in maintaining your anonymity when seeking prospective candidates and conducting exploratory interviews with selected individuals. Maintaining anonymity protects any confidentiality requirements you may have and encourages objectivity in qualifying prospective candidates.

Professional Accountability
Unlike many of our competitors, we assign a single executive recruiting consultant to each assignment. While that consultant may seek counsel from other members of our staff, individual accountability for performance on every assignment is maintained which is the key to quality control. Our consultants are experienced professionals with expert skills in interviewing - individuals who can identify well-qualified prospects, screen them to determine actual qualifications, and assess personality fit with your corporate culture. We refer the best-qualified candidates, not necessarily those who are available or suggested. While an early placement might appear mutually appealing, we will not compromise our professional accountability by taking shortcuts from our systematic recruiting process.

Documentation and Progress Reports
We provide you with a schedule of events to monitor each step of the recruiting assignment, and each step of the process is thoroughly documented. This documentation benefits you not only through validation of referred candidate quality derived from the comprehensiveness of the search, but also through an audit trail for problem solving in the event of compensation/candidate specification imbalances. At schedule intervals throughout the recruiting assignment we submit a progress report outlining in detail all companies researched, individuals identified and/or contacted, their backgrounds, compensation and status. Subsequently, we meet with you to analyze the data, identify recruitment problems and arrive at solutions. During the entire recruiting process, we maintain close contact with you to assure timely and successful completion of every assignment.

Thorough Preparation
Knowledge of your business is essential in conducting an effective search. We spend a significant amount of time to develop a complete understanding of your business- history, position, goals, objectives, strengths and other meaningful areas about which sophisticated candidates will be concerned. A thorough understanding of position requirements and candidate specifications is also necessary to properly complete an assignment. We spend time with all key parties within your company to understand the business need and experience, skills and competencies required of candidates to be successful. Where our interaction uncovers discrepancies about candidate specifications, we facilitate consensus building to arrive at mutually agreed upon specifications.

Research
A focused research plan is the foundation of a successful search. You, the client have a significant impact on the focus of our research. We jointly identify target industries and companies from which qualified candidates are likely to come. In addition, we research our extensive proprietary database for executives who can assist our sourcing efforts and possibly be qualified candidates.

Candidate Development
Following research, prospective candidates are identified and qualified. Telephone interviews are conducted and personal interviews are arranged to develop more comprehensive information on prospects that meet specifications and have a sincere interest in the opportunity. We evaluate candidates thoroughly and objectively, measuring experience, accomplishments and competencies against your recruitment profile.

Candidate Presentations
Concise summaries of candidates who possess the right combination of technical skills, leadership and personal qualifications are presented to you. After joint review, we arrange interviews between you and those candidates you wish to pursue further.

Due Diligence
Candidates in whom you have an interest, following your initial interview with them are further assessed using validated and highly reliable assessment instruments to more fully understand personality and competencies. In addition, we conduct in-depth reference checks on those candidates seen as best qualified. Data from our interviews, your interviews, assessment surveys and references are then jointly reviewed to select the best-qualified candidate for the position.

Final Negotiations
Depending on your assessment of the situation, and at your invitation, we will participate in negotiations with the final candidate relating to compensation, relocation and any other areas involved in the conclusion of the search.
